How to start a web design project
First let's schedule a meeting and collect the website goals, target audience details, preferred platforms, and branding assets through a brief meeting .
What to expect
As any design project we will provide a moodboard for imagery and brand asset usage not to mention understanding the wireframe of the site (the initial design and layout of required pages and navigation). The website copywriting , lead generation forms and database systems will have to be developed and integrated to the software you are comfortable with your website being managed on.Beyond that we have to optimize all designs for desktop,tablet and mobile devices. A secure 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project. Note that websites have include a monthly maintenance and server fees dependent on the server we use to host your site ,which will be included in the invoice on a monthly basis .
How we will communicate about the project
Finally we will set up communication channels for updates and feedback on project management software and onboard you to allow fluent communication about the project development . Then we are ready to head into the project workflow and keep you up-to-date with the movement of the project respectively .
