Problem
As a freelance designer and creative director I had the same problems as any designer , being caught without an efficient system to handle getting projects from clients and automating that process so that I have more time to handle the projects with more efficiency instead of dealing with the communication barrier between agencies and designers from creative solutions to their entrepreneurial problems.
Solution
Develop a brand that acts as a central hub for gathering client information as well as collaborators within adjacent fields to create niche specialization for the skills I already possess. Minimize internal communication inefficiencies , and automate the process of client briefing for creative projects by educating the client about the process while gathering information about their business to develop a way to help meet their specific needs.
